  • Evaluated original YouTube presence. It was initially established as a repository for video content and was not considered as a marketing platform.

  • Developed a plan to clean up old content, organize relevant content, and improve SEO through updating titles and adding descriptions.

  • Created guidelines and best practices for future contributors to follow

  • Created a process to monitor and report on video and channel performance to enhance future content.

  • Implemented a process to promote the channel to new and existing agents and customers consistently.

  • Discovered ways to expand one piece of long-form content by creating YouTube Shorts to increase viewership of our content.
