2025 Considerations Campaign

BACKGROUND

Every year, we create a campaign lasting 4 to 5 months to support our sales objectives before important deadlines for Multi-Peril crop insurance products. Given the challenges of this economic year, we saw an opportunity to position ourselves as experts and trusted advisors for farmers. By sharing valuable information, we aim to help them make informed decisions while highlighting what makes our company unique.

MY CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Understand department leadership goals for the sales season with a consultation meeting.

  • Develop a marketing proposal and recommendations for strategies that support department objectives while keeping budget, resource allocation, and scope in mind. 

  • Develop a timeline, communicate and create work requests for marketing team members, establish connections with any external vendors, and project manage from concept to completion.

  • Provide creative direction, including strategy, theme, taglines, and visual elements for the campaign, and communicate deliverables with communication specialists, designers, and web team members.

  • Lead, review, approve, and assist with all creative asset development.

  • Facilitate meetings with the team and stakeholders on campaign progress.

  • Monitor campaign progress and suggest adjustments to ensure the campaign is meeting objectives.

  • Work with a marketing analyst to report on campaign performance and document successes and opportunities for future campaigns.
